Javier Páez Gallego has focused his occupation and research in the area of education and non-formal education with young people and adolescents.
His doctoral research deals with the relationship of the adolescent’s value system and his style of decision-making. Subsequent publications and participation in congresses have continued in this way of work. He also addresses the axiological dimension of sports psychology in his work, playing the role of pedagogical advisor in the “Rugby and Values” project. He is currently tutor in the Faculty of Education of the National University of Distance Education (UNED) and trainer of the School “Badge of Wood” of the Federation ASDE-Scouts of Spain.
