Feliu Fusté is a Sociologist (University of Barcelona; 2010) specialised in youth policy and community development, with expertise in project management and non-formal education methodologies. He has a Master’s degree in Youth and Society (University of Girona; 2012). He studies and works with youth NGOs and youth policy in local administration. He is a trainer in the non-formal education of intercultural learning, community empowerment and engagement, communication, leadership skills and team building.
He has worked with several youth NGOs. He founded the Aurora Social Project Management Company to provide youth services, and during the first half of 2013 he developed projects to prevent youth violence in Latin America in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Volunteers. He has expertise in organizing different participatory process in local administration.
He is currently working on a community project on interculturalism and social cohesion sponsored by the “la Caixa” Foundation.
He speaks Catalan, Spanish, English and Italian.
