Focus Group of the HEBE Project continues
Last Friday, April 12th, on the set of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a new meeting was held with the educators that participate in the HEBE Project.
In this third meeting, in the form of a Focus Group, the architecture of empowerment processes was mainly discussed. This premise suggested by the research teamwas followed by other questions that, throughout the discussion, were made and answered by the educators themselves:
– What elements make us think that a young person has been empowered?
– What methodologies do we use when we initiate interventions?
– What phases do we detect in the empowerment processes?
The session was recorded and soon it will be possible to watch it, with the “field notebooks” and the “audiovisual pieces” that are being made by the participating educators.
The result of all this discussion and reflection in different ways gives the research a broader and more contrasted view of the way educators from different fields understand and work with empowerment processes, speaking from direct experience and reviewing their work from a more reflective and analytical perspective.
